My Way on India's neighbours

If it were to be a person, then the retirement age would have been reached. That presumably would mean going through birth pangs, adolescence awkwardness, youthful cockiness, maturity of advancing years and the wisdom of a full life.  As a nation, India oscillates between the second and the third plases, specially in its dealing with its neighbours who are probably in the first and second phases themselves. How shall it pass ? Who will bell the cat ? The existing players are a failure, period. Who shall overcome ?

A young man who , against all odds, forged a Cricketing power block out of a squabbling India, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. Who used the lethal cocktail of money power and race frustrations against the dominating whites. Jagmohan Dalmiya, Ladies and Gentlemen, is my choice of Foreign Minister. He made the 4 nations bristle ( together ) against indignities ( real and perceived ) of the hitherto dominating Gentlemen of the Long Room. He translated newly emerging India's growing economic power  to cricketing pinnacle by getting the squabbling neighbours on to the gravy train. Even the later satraps who followed Dalmiya, are still reaping the fruits of that unity even though their arrogance has caused disruptions. Mr. Dalmiya, take a bow.
